CJ Hendry & Corteiz, both used social media to bring their communities together in person - using incentives like exclusive merch and fashion launches. Wouldn't it be fun (and a team building excercise) if Minor Figures did limited drops for the next merch drop?
Scarcity creates demand. Limited merch means less wastage.

Partnerships

• Share the love with retailers and cafes for drops. Drive traffic to store and trial of Minor Figures.
• Partner with ambassadors or partners to giveaway merch. Piggyback off their communities.

Organic Social Media

• Post locations on IG. Or do a TikTok live.

Paid Social Media

• Do a separate merch drop competition on social for other markets who miss out.

Product

• Plant a golden ticket for a years supply of minor figures to further incentive people to follow the adventure.

Earned Media

• For future merch, if we collab with partners we could send out a press release around this to drive hype about that drop
